Putting My Experience To

Work For You

As a dedicated advocate for our community and a leader in wildland fire suppression and forestry management, I'm honored to step forward and declare my candidacy for Montana’s newly formed Senate District 45. With over three decades of experience as an Indian Child Welfare expert and Guardian ad Litem, I've stood as a voice for vulnerable children and families, navigating complex legal landscapes under the Indian Child Welfare Act. Throughout my career, I've witnessed firsthand the paramount importance of preserving our Montana way of life and freedom. Our state is indeed the last stand, and compromising our freedoms is not an option. It's time to elect leaders who share our commitment to these values and who will prioritize the well-being of our communities. Together, we can champion policies that empower individuals and families, support local businesses, and ensure public safety. Join me in this journey as we work towards safeguarding our cherished freedoms and building a brighter tomorrow for Senate District 45 and all of Montana.

Goals & Mission

  • Effective People’s Advocate - A calm yet forceful voice for disregarded taxpayers.

  • Parents not Politicians – Empower marginalized traditional parental practices.

  • Prioritize Individualism - End micro tyranny by tax payer funded bureaucrats.

  • Kitchen Table Financial Practices – Advocating a Citizen’s right to feed themselves, not the political machine. Politicians must stop swiping food off Montanan’s dinner tables by flagrant social policies designed to proliferate a recipient class dependent on tax payers.

  • Safety, Security and Stability – Staunchly enforce sensible laws evenly. Montana is a border state. Prosecute crime fairly and incarcerate illegal aliens.

  • Stop Tax Payer Funded Parasitism – End taxpayer funded life support for government created businesses or energy boondoggles enriching insider cronies.

  • Stop Tax Payer Funded Parasitism – End taxpayer funded life support for government created businesses or energy boondoggles enriching insider cronies.

  • Unleash Real Business Entrepreneurs – Demolish destructive business policies sending a tsunami of life sustaining jobs, prosperity, and quality of life through abundance.

  • Codify Wild Fire Home Insurance – Promote Montana’s 40,000 plus private landowners as critical infrastructure to nurture sustainable forests, outdoor recreation and wildlife habitat. Codify affordable private lands fire insurance through accredited fuel mitigation certification strategies, and prescriptive burn techniques. Advance robust Montana led hazardous fuels mitigation on its 93 million acres of State or Federal forest land.

  • Localize School Management – Shift educational management to locals, offer multiple educational options to parents who can best decide for their children. Rural communities bear an unfair burden for skyrocketing school district costs due to federal dictates even as Montana “Trust Land” revenue is throttled by U.S. Forest Service practices. Multiple tracking studies show local control results in less cost even as educational options and outcomes vastly improve.

  • Pass Ballot Measure for Citizen Government County Studies - The local government review was initiated by Article XI, Section 9 of the 1972 Constitution and the first review was conducted in 1974. Required every ten years, the local government review election asks voters to decide if they want to elect study commissions to review their city and county government. Yes, vote to review and initiate better practices in local government!

  • Property Tax Roll back - Taxing property owners for value not yet received is a “taking” under color of law. Taxing property values made of thin air by unvetted assessors is theft.

  • Attain Affordable Housing – Terminate schemes trafficking non-native alien competitors to include the Trojan horse of “refugees”. End services supplied by the tax payers to illegal aliens, or those claiming refugee status to include housing, education, food, and medical care. Even as Montanans remain homeless, this destructive chauffeuring of alien invaders using tax payer funded “not for profit” organizations and federal government agencies continues unabated, along with escalating law enforcement costs. In Missoula County alone, many years of this pernicious practice is significantly contributing to Montana homelessness, and outrageous housing costs. Implement quality of life land stewardship developments in current urban or suburban settings through state backed initiatives featuring incentives, stream lined red tape reduction, custom loan options, and facilitate collaborative venture projects, private developers with tax credits. Prohibit federal housing grants with poison pill clauses, establish broad transparent citizen oversight panels to carefully scrutinize tax funded housing projects for sinister objectives hidden in fine print.

  • Abolish Montana’s Social Security Tax- End Montana’s social security taxation.

  • Public Land Resource Use - Negligent elected leaders failed to fight for over twenty years as the U.S. Forest service’s detrimental practices decimated maximization of natural resources, destroyed our sustainable timber industry, facilitated unnecessary fires, hampering wild fire mitigation and firefighting efforts. Outdoor recreation rights for locals and tourists must be restored, along with the people’s right fish, hike, horseback, hunt, and off-road on historic logging roads.

  • Harm Free Food Locally – Institute transparent Montana food labeling legislation. Prohibit “faux” foods proven to use more energy, create hazardous waste and contain toxic undisclosed contaminants. Pesticides, glyphosates, GMO, or mRNA vaccines in food supplies clearly labeled. Aggressively codify, implement incentives, business loan packages and initiatives to authentically multiply regional organic meat, egg and vegetable production.

  • Native American Advocacy – As a woman with Native American heritage and as an Indian Child Welfare Expert charged with responsibly insuring rooting Indian children within their tribal heritage, I hold a deep respect for the challenges and nuances specific to this culture. President Trump first recognized the “legitimate concerns of American Indian and Alaska Native communities regarding missing and murdered people” by signing “Operation Lady Justice”. I support the Red Hand. MS-13, one of the most dangerous drug cartels is operating on six Montana reservations. Crime proliferates due to a confusing web of jurisdictional conflicts between tribal, local and state police.

  • Addiction - Three year in-house transitional living treatment programs with work requirement in-house first two years, higher education or trade certification must be achieved before graduation, expungement for non-violent crime upon program completion. Testing positive returns individual to jail for three months, triggers restart of three year program. Expedited capital punishment for individuals dealing drugs.
